Introduction
The fiber Bragg grating sensor analyzer is suitable for signal demodulation and sensor data acquisition of fiber grating temperature, strain, pressure, displacement and other types of fiber grating sensors.
The fiber Bragg grating sensor analyzer adopts high-power laser light source and high-speed multi-channel parallel light detection technology. Compared with the traditional ASE light source technology, the output light power of the light source is up to 85%, and the output power of the light source is increased by more than 100 times. The cost is reduced by 50%. The effective service life of the light source is increased by more than 10 years, and the weak fiber grating sensing signal caused by the optical fiber transmission line loss of the engineering field or the cascade fault of the optical splitter can be accurately detected.
The fiber Bragg grating sensor analyzer has 1-64 simultaneous measurement channels. The synchronous scanning frequency can be selected from 1 to 100 Hz. The acquisition time of each measurement channel is strictly synchronized. Each channel can be connected with 1-40 sensors. Online calibration of the wavelength reference module eliminates the need for calibration after delivery and guarantees ±1 pm measurement accuracy over the operating temperature range.
